細個每次去西餐廳食飯，都好想食呢個甜品。
因為每次個侍應都係喺我哋面前整，
而每次都會有點火呢個環節🤩
而家唔使侍應點火啦，我自己點！🤣🤣🤣
Crêpe Suzette 橙酒班㦸
ingredients
Batter 粉漿
Cake flour 低筋麵粉 90g
Eggs 雞蛋 2pcs
Whole Milk 全脂牛奶 150g
Salt 鹽 1g
Granulated Sugar 白砂糖 4g
Cold water 冰水 100g
Unsalted butter 無鹽牛油 30g
Sauce 醬汁
Unsalted butter 無鹽牛油 45g
Granulated sugar 白砂糖 60g
Orange juice 鮮橙汁1pc ( 80-100ml )
Lemon juice 檸檬汁0.5pc ( 20ml )
Grand Marnier 橙香干邑 50g
Orange zest 橙皮碎 1pc
*every crepe measurement 每班㦸粉漿份量 80ml ( 1/3 cup )
