スパイスカレーはスパイスを直前に入れて一つ一つ作ったり、ターメリックライスはターメリックとクミンシードあわせて炊き上げたり、料理のほうにもいろいろ手がかかっています。
でも、なによりも素晴らしいのが、硝子張りの店内。
一番伊東らしい場所である東海館をのぞむ場所にお店を作ることで、景色がお店の一部になっています。
東海館を眺めながら過ごす時間は素敵な時間です。
Managed by a first-class architect, this book cafe offers a unique touch. Each dish, from the spiced curry with spices added just before serving to the turmeric rice cooked with a blend of turmeric and cumin seeds, receives meticulous attention. Yet, what truly stands out is the glass-covered interior. Positioned to overlook the most Ito-esque spot, Tokai-kan, the scenery seamlessly becomes a part of the cafe. Spending time here, admiring Tokai-kan, is truly delightful.
由一級建築師經營的書店咖啡廳。每一道菜都經過精心製作，從在食用前添加香料的香料咖喱到用薑黃和孜然籽混合烹製的薑黃飯，都得到了細緻的照顧。然而，最引人注目的是全玻璃覆蓋的室內。位於俯瞰伊東最具特色的東海館的地方，風景完美地融入咖啡廳。在這裡度過的時間，欣賞東海館，是非常愉快的。
