don't want to seem unempathetic, my wage after graduation was $8000, then started working two jobs, regularly slept 5-6 hours, it was hell; but now I am quite comfortable with car and house after 5 years. My life was minimal back then, single minded, nothing but trying to improve myself. These guys in the episode are at the bottom but still thinking about the luxury of having pet, home cinema, the last one with all the clothing, handbag, comic book, while at the same time complaining the society doesn't give you opportunity. I'm don't want to undermine their efforts, but just want to say that if you try hard enough (at least from my perspective) there is way out, just that some ppl have not tried hard enough. My younger brother is in the same boat currently, he rather spend all the money to go Japan travelling, instead reinvesting into a degree or job training. Good luck.

Exactly. If you live in an older city like Paris or Rome, many apartments do not have elevators anyway, why is it such a torture in Hong Kong?

I agree there are always way out but complaints. However, when looking at the facts, it is clear that wages cannot catch up the rocketing housing price. When it becomes a problem, why not raise up this issue? The teens nowadays should embrace the problem(they have no choice), at the same time, the ‘adults’ please not to deny this and give them some more support
