Raymond criticised the voting system in HK, but he was rather ignorant of the democratic process in the UK. He didn't realise the candidates that he could vote on (for the Lower House) were pre-selected by the political parties first, not anybody of his choice. And he didn't have any say for the members in the House of Lord either. Oh, by the way, he has no voting right at all either, at least for the years before he becomes a UK citizen.
佢地一定吾会再番香港啦,英国太好了,香港再好也不是祖家,后代生生世世也是英国人,不是中国人啦,are u a Chinese ? No, I am a British! Oh ! But your last name is Chinese! I don’t know how to change it ! 🤣

去超市買檸檬或青檸、加蜂蜜,自製檸蜜,有質量保証,好過啲盒裝嘢多多聲。做一 jar 放雪柜,隨時有得飲。

Hongkongers you're the best! Let's make the next success story of our new homes, and prove that HK story can be repeated, because HK people work hard and aim high.

Don't be so naive, I doubt they can survive a year, ok can see slot of difficulties, only Helen, she seems quiet self contained, the others are looking for groups and support, when you are deaf, dumb and blind. Well....
The world is big enough for people to move around. People make choice on their own, based on their conditions, it's just accidental in that space of time. Don't compare, and do not think again why you make that choice. Look ahead, not backward, and more importantly no hatred. Keep your mind open, get a job, get engaged with the local community, not those from Hong Kong, and determined to start a new life in a new place with new friends. Most of all, don't linger with things that doesn't concern you anymore.
