Anjeer ko pani mein bhigo kar khana achi tarah se digest hone mein madad karta hai aur iske poshak tatva bhi acche se absorb hote hain. Doodh mein ubal kar bhi anjeer ka faida hota hai, kyunki doodh mein anjeer ke poshak tatva aur doodh ke poshak gun dono hote hain. Yeh aapke swad aur upbhokta ke anusaar bhi hai ki kis tarah se aap anjeer prefer karna pasand karenge.😊

Namaste! Agar aapka liver kamzor hai aur gas ki problem ho rahi hai, toh dry fruits khane se pehle doctor se salah zaroor lein. Dry fruits sehat ke liye ache hote hain, lekin liver aur digestion problems ke liye doctor ki salah lena zaroori hai. Pet me gas na ho iske liye aap halka aur pachega asaan khana khayein, taaze fruits-vegetables khayein, aur zyada paani piyein. Agar aapko aur koi information chahiye ho, toh main aapki madad ke liye yahan hoon .😊
