As a coach & a trainer, I love his principles of coaching & how much of his life he puts into being a coach. Always inspiring to watch him speak. Couldn't ask for a better coach for our club. Other coaches would try to adapt their style to the previous managers but he came in & recreated everything. Massively chuffed as we could have alot worse but having him at the helm, & his ideas of training now empowers our players to run through walls for him & the fans. I hope the guys in FSG give him a lifetime contract. Onwards & upwards

Top manager but over the past two to three years Liverpool have spent big money which they did not do in the past. Man Utd, Chelsea & Man City have spent massive amounts of money over the last 10 to 15 years compared to Liverpool.
