The video caption attributes this movement to CPE while the title attributes it to JS Bach, without comment on the contradiction. Could you comment further?

Good point, thanks for noticing. The authorship of this piece is uncertain because, while attributed to JS, the manuscript is in the hands of CPE. Our gut feeling on the matter may have changed over time, but unlike the title, the caption can't be edited
