This is the most beautiful performance of this aria that I've heard. Kielland is beautiful in voice, face and gesture and fully embodies the 'buergerliche' Haydenesque good naturedness of the aria. Wonderful playing, slightly 'rough' here and pseudo-unsophisticated, exactly right for this aria.
