Since coming across miraculous Marta I have often found myself thinking of John Keats famous lines: 'Then felt I like some watcher of the skies When a new planet swims into his ken; Or like stout Cortez when with eagle eyes He star'd at the Pacific - and all his men Look'd at each other with a wild surmise - Silent, upon a peak in Darien.' That is what it was like. All I knew before was the Atlantic, and now the vast glory of the Pacific was spread out before me.

This version of the prelude didnt capture the playfulness of this one IMO. Its so happy and i didnt get that here. Theres a lot more lightnesss to be had with this. People feel they need to rush it or something. The fugue was amazing though! Inspiration for when I learn it! Best.
