Lovely work, Helene. Some day I would love to hear you play the second movement (Siciliano) of JS Bach Sonata E-flat major BWV 1031, and the first movement (Andante) of JS Bach Sonata in B minor, BWV 1030 -- IMO, two of the most beautiful pieces of Bach's work for flute.

One of my favorite Bach compositions played by one of my favorite "fluticians" (A term I first heard Aussie flautist Jane Rutter use) Most people won't appreciate the planning involved in taking a breath while playing something like this. This is such beautiful music. Bach & Flute & Harpsichord : a perfect combination. The sound in this concert-room (Hall?) is also very good. Seems you find a good place for your cam to tape this. The music is gorgeous. I like this piece a lot. A very famous Sonata for Flute. And you two played this wonderful. By the way, the Andante is much beautiful as well. Have you played/recorded this too :-) ;-) ? 2h

I've practiced the whole sonata but only could include the first movement to my recital because it would have gotten too long otherwise. I'll definitely record the whole sonata if I get a chance at some point!
