Wunderschöne und saubere Interpretation dieser perfekt komponierten Kirchenkantate mit gut harmonisierten Stimmen des ausgezeichenten Knabenchors und herrlichen Stimmen vierer genialen Solisten sowie gut vereinigten und perfekt entsprechenden Tönen aller Originalinstrumente. Der intelligente und erfahrene Dirigent leitet das ausgezeichnete Barockensemble im lebhaften Tempo und mit künstlerisch kontrollierter Dynamik. Einfach wundervoll!

J.S. Bach question … Outside of Bach, who are the greatest ‘big name’ Protestant composers, who were not Freemasons? […excluding, for example: Mozart, Beethoven, Haydn, Sibelius, Liszt, Wagner, Mendelssohn, Gershwin, Meyerbeer, J.C. Bach, L. Mozart, (maybe Brahms), etc; … and, excluding composers who were Jewish, Catholic, Orthodox, etc]. It seems interesting as the Protestant population has nearly 1 billion people … yet is Bach the only ‘big name’ Protestant composer (& non-Freemason)? Were there any major composers who were Protestant & not Freemason after Bach’s time? Thanks for you kindness!

Handel, maybe? He was Protestant as I recall, and I never heard anything about him being a Mason.
