I can’t turn the cam shaft to #1 cylinder, it almost sounds like valves are bottoming out. I forgot to put the sprocket for camshaft on #1 before installing the head but I an just take the rocker arms off, rotate pulley to #1 cylinder then put rocker arms back on and adjust lash right?
