James was not amazing but way better than what the clips from O2 arena showed. He's not accurate but it didn't distract from the overall experience. He was clearly saving his pipes for the 2nd set which was way better from him. It also helps that he no longer even tries to hit those highest notes but settles for something lower. Two years ago in Amsterdam that was one of the biggest issues in his performance.

@@piratepatch I think James sounded better in the 2nd set because they took away some echo/ delay from the whole sound. Might have even played a touch less loud in the 2nd set. Anyway the first set was quite a torture to the ears, but it got a lot better after the break.

@@alanalanis2257 Yes, but only in those 2 bars. James sings quite a bit higher in other parts of the song. There is nothing "high" about it. Most people could sing those notes. It's just a harmony line that sits above the (midrange) note James sings. Completely unremarkable.

That’s a good thing. Producers always pull tempos back in the studio, and it’s a fight. with the band. Most songs sound better faster. Look at the rehearsal for The foo fighters, the cure Disintegration 1990, Pearl Jam, even flow, all sound far better and sometimes double tempo, not to mention how much harder it is to perform

Hienoja videoita. Toki keikka on muutakin kuin videoiden kuvaamista. Itse en ottanut kuin kaksi koska takana oleva alkoi huomauttamaan että hän ei näe mitään minun puhelimen takaa kuulemma. No en viitsinyt vänkätä ja pistin puhelimen taskuun. Myöhemmin kyllä harmitti kun kaikki muut siinä hänen ja välillä minunkin edessä otti kuvia ja videoita alvariinsa ja niille tuo ei sanonut yhtään mitään.

Juu, teitä sankareita kyllä riitti siellä joka väliin: kokonaisia kappaleita koettiin luurin kautta, ja suojakotelon kansi roikkui lisänäköesteenä, jotta takana seisova ei vahingossakaan pääsisi vilkaisemaan yhtyettä. Helvetin fiksua toimintaa 👍

@musiikkimies9241 no itse otin sentään vain sen kaksi videoita ja vaakatasossa ilman suojakotelo. Mut mun edessä esimerkiksi joku ulkomainen nuori nainen otti suunnilleen läpi keikan niitä videoita kamera pystyasennossa ja kamera reilusti pään yläpuolella. Se oli jopa minua ärsyttävää. Minulle se muutamien videoiden kuvaaminen on muisto ja palaan niillä aina uudelleen ja uudelleen siihen keikkaan. Minusta ei ole mitään järkeä kuvata vaikka kahta minuuttia jostain biisistä vaan kuvaan ne kokonaan mistä eniten pidän. Enkä sentään muuten tuijota sitä puhelinta. Tuolla keikalla kun oli sellaisiakin jotka pläräsi sitä puhelinta muutenkin pitkin keikkaa. Enkä myöskään heilutellut sitä puhelinta ilmassa silloin kun bändin laulaja siihen kehotti.

@@JulliJullitus no kusisia sulle. Hyviä mulle. 4K ja mä en ulise videon mukana ja mulla ei yleensä ne videon kuvat huoju. Muutama video on eri asia kuin että kuvaa koko keikan. Sellaisia on kuule aika paljon ja ne jo häiritsee minuakin. Toki en kiellä etteikö niitä videoita ole kiva katsoa jälkeenpäin jos löytyy kunnollisia ja niitäkin on. Sinäkin katsoit tämän videon kuitenkin vaikka vihaat sitä että joku ottaa videoita 🤔 Kummallista on sekin.
