I just found you today, I like you how explain things in a very easy kinda way. I'm glad I found you. I believe in God/Jesus, I love Him❤ very much and I am guilty of not reading or not praying much. Though He convicts me every day. I also have a daughter who doesn't believe and I am so scared she will never and end up in hell. I've tried to get her to listen to me and other people to no avail. 😔😢 I pray God✝️ will soften her heart and/or put something/someone in her life that will help her see that she needs Him.

Hey, just wanted to say that the woe that is about the dirty cup. This stood out to me because I realized people can look saved and healed on the inside but in the inside the people are not praying, forgiving, and wanting to be saved. So I got that you can look saved on they outside but on the inside they aren’t saved!! So thank you!! This helped a lot!

I'm studying this in my NIV Bible and in my KJV Bible so I can compare the versions. The NIV Bible cuts out Matthew 23:14 "Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For ye devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation." Deuteronomy 4:2 "Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you."

I love that chapter, I actually just read it this morning, yes I need to start living what I read. Not just pass it on to my kids and urge them to do so but for me to not be a hypocrite like the Pharisees but do as the word of God prescribes or indicates

Hi Melodey! I recently started reading the bible too. I love these videos! I started reading in John and used Anne Whites videos to study. She is amazing as well! I like to read through a chapter, highlighting what stands out to me, and then watch a video or look up things I'm not clear on. It sounds like a lot but I really feel like I understand the message and connect with God's word. Hope your reading is going well 😊❤

There is a pure religion spoken of in the bible. (James 1:7) The religion is called "the way of the LORD"'.(Acts 13:10, 18:26, 19:9, 24:14) There is no verse in the bible that says "It is about a relationship". To "know him" is to declare Him as Lord and to obey Him. I pray that you receive this in love. Peace!
