All he said was that it was someone who worked on the Oncology unit. He never specified what the person's actual position was. I'm just speculating based off having been a CNA in the past and currently being in medical school. Jack's Social Blade estimates his top earning potential to be equivalent to $8,000 USD. Even a first year resident earns roughly $4,000/month. So the part about Jack earning more in one month than the other person does in 6 doesn't quite add up. But it does if the person was an aide since aides earn about $1,500 a month.

I’ve been watching your videos for about 6-7 years now and you have no idea how much some of your content has helped me through some shitty times over the years. You’re so genuine and I feel like that really comes through in your videos, and whilst I love most, if not all of your content, videos like these have to be my favourite.
