As regards to all aspects of the innovations / experimentation.. generating diffrent type of sounds, PANCHAM DA forced his contemporary musicians/MD'S to keep on thinking/guessing till his last breath…a new experiment..a creative outlet, a new singing style, a new rhythm, a new sound, new innovations in every song. Until other composer's / MD'S could figure out what was going on or getting to know something about & there after try to find the same style/pattern and incorporate it in their songs, during this time, PANCHAM DA kept going far ahead with more new/innovative sounds & new experiments..and this trend continued till the end..still no one else could reach even 40/50%. 1/3

The album Dil Padosi Hai was largely experimental, but PANCHAM DA did rework some of his Bengali songs, like Jete Dao Amaye Deko Na - 1969 into Jaane Do Mujhe Jane Do. It's apparent that the lyrics, at least of the mukhra, were a translation of the original. The Bengali song is noteworthy for its arrangement, the syncopation, and the use of the SANCHARI, a stanza with a different tune inserted between two antaras. The Hindi counterpart merges the SANCHARI into antara, and the wonder that a SANCHARI creates, courtesy it's short but significant use, is missing. 2A/3

According to one of the great Musicians of PANCHAM DA'S team Bhanu Gupta Ji, PANCHAM DA rarely used a SANCHARI in his career. When Bhanu Da asked PANCHAM DA why that was so. In the response, PANCHAM DA played the SANCHARI of Salil Chowdhury Sahab composition Na Jeona (O Sajna -from the film Parakh) and said, "The day I can compose a SANCHARI like this, I will' **Jete Dao Amaye Deko Na** was one instance when he did (SANCHARI). 2B/3

This private album was released on ASHA JI'S birthday in 1987, at a grand function in the Taj Mahal Hotel. One can't help but observe that had the album been conceived a decade earlier, however besotted PANCHAM DA may have been with ASHA JI'S vocals, LATA DIDI would have featured somewhere for sure. And had it come a decade later, a time when non-film music had really come of age, it would have been a much much bigger success than it was at that point of time. 3A/3
