There are scenes where hero alone fights an entire group of 100 people with out weapon, where he climbs a cliff with a dead end by using super hero skills( but he is a normal person), where he survives even after being shot by 10 bullets, where he cannot sit on the chair the usual way and tonne of unbearable MELODRAMA. Why would a normal person won't hate this shit. Sympathy to all those who love these movies. But there are many realistic and practical movies also which I like too

1:15:06 masterpiece act by Shahid. Just by shifting his gazes he so beautifully conveys Aditya's feelings for Geet. Aditya knows he has fallen for her but he also knows he cannot tell her not only because she's committed also because she doesn't look at him that way and is too innocent to realise what he feels from his gestures alone while he's too modest to bare his Emotions himself ❤ he looks away from her and again turns away his eyes only after leaving a sigh at his own naivety of having fallen for her even after knowing he can't be with her ❤️‍🩹 it was so beautiful!

“Jab we met” taught me to overcome all the things i cried for or just that it taught me to live the best way possible in life. It taught me to enjoy each moment as it comes. We should not forget our inner child and most importantly it taught us to love the one who truely deserves us and not the one who even doesn’t care you existence, to value the person what if that person goes away and specially “asa lag rha tha jese koi galat train chut rahi hai” yes listening to the heart finds the way. Many things are there i learnt from this movie even I can’t describe them within a few words. Dmn this movie always holds a special place in my heart. Thank you for making me realise that life is worth living.

Watched this movie with my mom after so many years. We both laughed so hard. Had a really good time. Damn this movie is a masterpiece. Why doesn't Bollywood make movies like this anymore? What a beautiful relationship what a beautiful story without any intimate scenes and unnecessary slangs. This movie is literally so wholesome. I can watch it again and again and I'll never get bored. This movie really taught me some life lessons. How to enjoy life how to worship Every moment of it and all. Every Aditya needs a geet and every geet needs a Aditya in their lives. Kareena and Shahid did justice to their characters I can never imagine someone else as aditya and geet. their chemistry was awesome. I miss the old Bollywood. Badly.

One thing that this film absolutely nailed is the contrast between the characters and also the phases! The first phase where Geet literally showed Aditya the perspectives of life. In the second half Aditya showed his perspective to Geet which she showed him! Geet told Aditya that what did he get even after following all the right paths other than just rejections and pain! Whereas Geet on the other hand followed her heart and got the rejection and pain. Eventually Aditya with Geet in his heart and mind followed Geet's way and became successful and Geet followed Aditya's way and was healed from the pain Anshuman inflicted upon her! This basically shows you'll be healed, you'll be loved and you'll be cared when you have the right partner by your side!
