Update by Jabbers: With regards to the line specs discrepancy, this is because the rod is spec for 2 different markets - in Europe, it follows the 5-21g cast weight which is the standard spec for trout rods, but in Asia, the rods are spec at 28g due to the need for casting shore jigs. The blank has been tested to 28g without problem. Hope this clarifies everyone doubt!

actually this rod can zhang and lift the fish off the watersss. at marina south pier i zhang a 2.2kg angzhor and lift up from the water without gaff
