I agree. the electro, techno and rave house music types are so corny and irritating, but sadly the majority of people around the world have no soul when it comes to music so those are the forms of house that become well known and popularized. 1:09:36 is a great example of how good house music sounds.

You're right. I was there in the early days of house and a lot of the stuff coming out now has no soul and is removed from its funk, soul and disco roots. Its just super hard and sounds like it was made in 5 minutes minus any inspiration. JaBig really understands house music.

Hardmanferdead Streets of Rage 2 for Sega genesis is a good example of a game that had great house music. look up "streets of rage 2 music stage 1" on youtube if you feel like it. ( it's video game house though, but it still sounds great, better than that electro, techno and rave house that you hear so much now.
