14:36 In the SS Wonkatania scene, the actor playing the Oompa Loompa captain thought he had much more control over the boat than he really did. The boat was actually on a track under the water and was being pulled by cables but director Mel Stuart never told the actor that. “I wanted him to think he was directing its course,” Stuart wrote in his book “Pure Imagination.”

Oh, I remember the Knives-on-the-Go guy, and Slugworth, if that's who you mean by "Nazi Illuminati." That kind of collective manipulation of memory is known as "The Mandela Effect," named after when people thought that Nelson Mandela died in jail. I think it may also be known as "The Berenstain Effect" since a lot of people misremember Stan Berenstain's last name being spelled with three e's instead of two e's and an a. My jury's out, but I do remember pronouncing it "stain" instead of "stein" or "steen."
