Hello @esmatullahkamal7813 - We suggest that you reset both the Jabra Elite 3 and your mobile device: Simply turn your mobile device completely off and then on again to reset it. To reset the Elite 3, place the earbuds in the charging case, then press and hold the right and left earbud buttons until the LED flashes purple. Remove the earbuds from the charging case and the Elite 3 should be in pairing mode, ready to pair with your mobile device. Hello Kaveer- To use the Find My Jabra feature of the Jabra Sound+ app, please make sure you have given Sound+ permission always to use your phone's GPS location. Once you allow the Sound+ app permission always to use your phone's location, you can access Find My Jabra by going into your Settings on the app's main screen. Hello Jabra, I have been using Jabra Elite 3 for 2 years, I have tried many headphones, I found the most natural and lifelike trebles in this headset, I can't leave it alone, I tried all models including Jabra Elite 10, but Elite 3 is your masterpiece, what I don't understand is how the 6mm driver can produce such strong and clean bass and even the vocals and mids. And 14mm drivers cannot produce such clean and full bass without distorting the treble. Most TWS headphones distort or hinder the sound while producing bass. I really don't understand what kind of driver is in this headset that can be so good. I couldn't find any information on your official website. I searched a lot but I couldn't find your driver materials. Can you help me? Note: I had 50 of my friends buy the headset over 2 years and most of them were satisfied, some complained about the design (not me) :)

If you use a third-party option, we recommend the following guidelines: 1. Use a USB charger that is safety-certified for use in the country you are located in. 2. Ensure the plug fits properly in the wall outlet. 3. Do not charge the device if the charging ports or charger are wet or damaged. Charging will occur, until the battery is fully charged, within the normal working temperate range of 0ºC to 45ºC. Outside of this range, charging will cease so as to protect the battery and product, for example from overheating.

Hello Anders- If one of your earbuds keeps flashing purple, you may have reset only one of the earbuds or the reset of both earbuds may have been interrupted. To solve the issue, follow these steps. 1. Place both earbuds in the charging case with the lid open. Ensure your earbuds are sufficiently charged. 2. Press and hold (10 sec) the left and right buttons on the earbuds simultaneously until the earbud LEDs flash purple. 3. When the earbud LEDs stop flashing purple, the earbuds have been reset. Note: The earbuds will need to be re-paired to your mobile device. Remember to delete/forget the previous pairing in the Bluetooth menu on your mobile device.

To connect your Jabra device to Sound+, ensure you have a strong Wi-Fi or data connection on your phone and disable any battery-saving settings. If Sound+ does not recognize the Jabra device, force quit Sound+ and turn off the Jabra device. Then re-launch Sound+ and power on the Jabra. If not resolved, please contact us: bit.ly/2xbNtEb.
