I think the mic test is better than jabra 7 pro, although 7 pro filter out more noise than 3, but it does not perform stably.

Unfortunately earbuds in general don’t have the best microphone so unfortunately there isn’t much you can do about it.

There are basically two modes, One is Hear through and other is non Hear through. Its just a toggle in a Jabra app. The Hear through mode make the hissing sound when turned on. Most people doesn't know this.

Unfortunately from testing many different earbuds, usually the microphone performance isn't the best. If you use iPhone look into enabling "voice isolation" and for Android look into "noise suppression". This is a setting you can enable on mobile phones to help remove background noise for better voice quality when outdoors.
