Stop the cap I had the sennheisers momentum 2 and they weren’t loud at all, when I turned it up to 100 percent volume it sounded like 70 percent, and the comfort was also ass, I couldn’t wear them for more than 30 minutes

Only reason(s) I chose 75t is because of my fitness activities and only use them for that. Jogging and gym. For non-shaking ear fit and waterproof

Luv that you mention what most didn't; that Jabra 75t actually (both elite and active elite) have some of the most bass on the market above Sony and others. But, Sony is more neutral with just small bass bump, not too much. Which is how I like it. But the older 65t was more neutral. But 75t still is good too, and I can listen too all. 😆😁 Good review, Aaron..

Last week I had a nightmare with the Elite Active 75T, the left bud wouldn't turn on when trying to install the firmware update. It wouldn't turn on again, only the right one worked. No reset work, no matter what I tried from reddit, Jabra support it wouldn't work. I almost returned them. Luckily the battery completely drained out and it finally turned on "RED LED light" on the earbuds, indicating low battery and now charging. Firmware update finally worked and battery showed 12% on Jabra app. So basically when the left earbud DIED, it wouldn't even charge when it was inside the case. Love the Jabra Elite Active but they seriously need to make the left earbud as strong as the right.

They've just recently released a new version of these with a wireless charging case which swung it for me along with the Bluetooth multipoint pairing which means I can use them on my laptop and phone. (I could be wrong but as far as I know they are the only ear buds which properly support pairing with multiple devices?)

Hi Aaron, I'm undecided between Sony wf-1000xm3 and Jabra elite active 75t. The prices of these two products are equal in the country I live in, but I am undecided because Sony does not have a waterproof feature, on the other hand, I have read in many articles that Jabra has white-noise (hissing). Which of these two should I choose? I would prefer it for normal daily use.

Thank you, your review helped me a lot! I just decided to buy the mint colored one. I don't have a car so I'll use them mostly when taking a walk or going shopping in the street shop nearby and I'll eventually get caught by the rain or a snow storm. They might fall by accident in a puddle or in the sink while I do the dishes. So knowing that they are waterproof is a wonderful thing! I also enjoy listening to metal, industrial, electro and goth music so the extra bass is essential to me!

Yes, they have, although try to push them on a discount/free upgrade on the charging case if you have bought an early pair as I did. It may be a pleasant experience.

Thanks. Ordered mine over the weekend. Awaiting delivery in a day or so. I find my Elite Active 65Ts to be VERY uncomfortable, especially after 40-50 mins or so (though their performance is top notch). The Samsung Buds+ are good too but I was shocked that they could pair only with 1 device at a time ! My main use case is for conference calls (so speech quality and mic quality are extremely important to me).

You're welcome 🙂 Yep the Buds+ didn't have multipoint like what Samsung said, only works a certain way. These are smaller so it should be a little more comfortable.

I have the Elite Active 65t and it's pretty comfortable to me. However, the Elite Active 75t was waaaay comfortable. To be honest, it's the best fitting that I tried. I got a great seal so the music was amazing. I hope you find the 75t to be comfortable so you can enjoy it!

Thank you so much for the review, I was waiting for someone to do the review after the last firmware/software update. I don't care that much for the independent use of the buds if multipoint works flawlessly, because that's the reason they can not be used independently. But I hope in the future that we could choose the working mode, independent or master/slave. Waiting for my 75t actives :) PD: you can get now the wireless charging box ;)

Mycontrol feature just allows customisation of the buttons for the different functions. No independent use of the left ear is possible. Seems like Jabra has given up on that even though it was highly promised☹️

Just ran my headphone test tracks again back to back on Jabra and Sony’s. The sound on the Sony’s is way better in my opinion. Jabras are very good but Sony’s are a different level

@@deathrager2404 I think it varies from person to person sony fits me well. Usually most earphones don't fit properly in my ear but Sony's did well that too straight out of the box.

I loved my Jabra Elite Active 75t. Seriously it gave me so much energy when I was using it working out in the gym. The bass was perfect to get pumped lol. The only thing was that I was getting a lot off connection issues. The buds would disconnect so I would have to turn it off and back on. But sometimes it wouldn't work so I would have to put them back in the case. Only thing about that is if you don't have the case in your pocket, like in the gym for example, then it would be an issue and you'd be stuck with an ear plug. I had to return it even tho I loved everything else about it. I might have to revisit them again tho, since I never had any connection issues with the Active 65t. Another thing... when Jabra announced the Active 75t, they show on Instagram that the left buds can be used independently (I have screenshots), which I got so excited about. But then... they backtracked and said that they don't have the capability to do that anymore. I think that's messed up. I feel like they knew about it all along, but still used that as a marketing ploy. That said, the music quality of the 75t is still great in my opinion. I just didn't find them reliable at the moment.

In jabra right bud acts as master and left as slave(left establishes connection with right and right with device)...you can't use left earbud independently.. u can use either right or both right and left together.. In sony both earbuds establishes seperate connection with the device so you can use both right and left independently..

To answer your question, Jabra EA75t had better background noise cancelation with a quieter background and more pronounced, somewhat clearer and more amplified speech. My humble ears failed to catch what you refer to as “more natural” for Sony. Coming from a Jabra Elite Sport and APPro background, left slave is the deal breaker inn my case. Cheers!! If you need water-proof, Jabra for sure, if you don't, then either is good. Well the Jabra is more comfortable for me at least. If you want to use it for calls and you need a good noise canceling, that Sony is better, it's all about what you need more in a headphone.

I bought these and returned them 3 days later. I had left bud connectivity issues and it drove me Insane that I couldnt use the left bud individually to give my right ear a rest. It didnt help that the earbuds were no longer comfortable after 30 mins and hurt the the outer part of my ear from prolonged usage. The sound quality is nothing short of amazing but for $199 I expected these buds to not have so many drawbacks. The Samsung Buds Plus, although with a more Neutral sound and only IPX2 rated were 20 times more comfortable. Can be used individually and its Ambient sound feature is Much more effective considering it only has 2 mics vs 4 mics on the Jabra. And it can wireless charge. The Jabras were very disappointing considering them to be the better brand and have such major drawbacks for the amount they cost.

I own a 75t version. It sounds good but not that impressive. Bass wise, the airpods 2 are way better. The problem with Jabras is the constant hissing that you hear on the left bud and many times in the right bud, it`s very annoying. I had to set the treble lower because at higher volume the sound became muddy. Also on phone calls the sound is far from clear. The big plus is their style, they are confortable and stylish and the case is small. I can`t see myself wearing in my jeans that huge garbage case that sony has.
