Thank you for your review! I just received a pair of these Jabra Enhance Plus hearing aids. I followed the personalization (hearing calibration). The sound quality is pretty good, however... I need them to run at 9 or 10 volume (Surround mode) to get enough volume out of them, is anyone else having this issue? For reference, my last hearing test is around 50-60 dB from 3K hz - 6 Khz. thank you

Hello, it sounds like this could be a few things. While these may not address your specific case, there are some general suggestions: If you were getting enough volume at one point but aren't now, we would recommend changing the filters/tips and a good cleaning. If there's no improvement, a new hearing test is recommended to ensure hearing hasn't changed and address any potential need for a physician evaluation. If the volume has always been low, it could be the devices simply aren't powerful enough for your needs. These are general suggestions. We would recommend a visit to your hearing care provider to ensure you're on the right track and get the best care for your specific needs.
