-when you say sound quality i was expecting about audio quality when LISTENING to music ! - you did not emphasize if the wire is fixed to volume jog or if it has removable 3.5 plug (like other model)- thats what im here for !

Hello..i have my newly purchased jabra evolve20,sounds is the best when in use for zoom meeting or messenger calls and skype. But when I am on my actual call with my customer,it is good in the first 30secs then it will starts to cut in and out,like I sounds robotic.My customer will start complaining about my line.I dont know what else to do.I did check everything in my laptop settings and making sure I have set it up right.😢😢😢😢

might be an issue with usb port, try another one. Or, it might have a toggle in windows power management settings for this device, that it goes into a power saving mode after some time.

Depends on you what you use it for. When it comes to ESL, since we're just pretty much on the same spot, wired ones are totally fine. In my husband's case, he does his meetings while cooking or doing house chores, so he wears wireless ones LOL

There aren't any benefits from using wireless headphones. Unless you don't mind frying your neurons and getting headaches, or getting sick from cancer or tumours soon in the future.

I got mine from bundle pc sale 🤭🤣 actually if you buy 2 or more you'll get free jabra headset.. but seller told me he's going to give me one.. and i found out this price.. considering the price of pc specs super panalo.. i5 9th gen with jabra headset 7 kyaw langs.. thanks po sa review.

Maybe it's the hardware itself that needs checking. My mic's on its 3rd year and still as good as new.

I, too, have the same issue. I messaged customer support and was told if I already tried optimization and if the firmware is updated. I just purchased it recently online. Still experiencing very low sound input with my normal voice, and electric fan noise is still heard.

Does Native Camp demand that you use a headset? I am going through the application process. I have worked for several other ESL companies and for the most part, I don't use headsets. I just don't like using them unless it is absolutely necessary.
