In India there was a huge respect for teachers or gurus , whatever they want students have to obey it (but it's not force , they feel responsible ). There are so many movies and stories how "gurudakshina"(paying the teacher) students did for their respected gurus . Best example is "Eklabya" who cut his thumb to pay his teacher (In "Mahabharat") and also vice versa also happened like how gurus did everything for their students (they treat them like their own children).

How the chemistry or the bond could be so real ,bcoz both of the were in love while doing this movie, and still India miss them together as Salman and Aishwarya both are the only actor in the whole Bollywood who did one movie together and after that they were like in relationships for sometimes and something bad or misunderstanding destroy their bond and Aishwarya move on and getting married but on other hand Salman is still single and loved him and decided to be unmarried for a while life.
