There were many taunts or satire on Bollywood "traditions". 1) Neptoism: Hirthik,Ranbir etc on being launched by their parents and directors only picking them cuz of their background. 2) SRK entry in the starting. It shows the bond (Karan Johar and SRK) and how directors give all the importance to male leads. 3) The reference of putting female lead names first was to point out the statement made by SRK how he'll put female leads name first on his films but they still don't get as much as male leads. 4) When Kangna says we're playing as victims in the play it is a reference to the fight between Hirthik and her. How they tried to blame her for his divorce and she's done for this fame and now she's acting like a victim (watch aap ki Adalat with kangna for more "juicy" details) 5) and lastly the reference of old male lead with young girls (srk,amair etc)and not the other way around. Edit: Yes other names too. ETC part covers other actors. Also people pointing out we got fine actors from nepotism, umm yeah, but you're again comparing them to other actors(main lead) who are either there cuz of nepotism or connections so yeah they would look better than them but they are not the finest actors or actresses. That being said, we watch their films that's why they are still acting so it's not like it's just cuz of nepotism

I'm actually very glad to know Jaby's reason for having women on his videos. I sincerely didn't know that, and didn't really think about it too much. But good to know he's doing it consciously for this specific reason. Having said that, I really feel men, progressive ones like Jaby, miss an opportunity to stand for the cause of equality for women whenever these topics come up by just stepping aside and letting the women do all the talking. Of course, the women's say is the most important and should be taken into account first. BUT it would be great to hear even the men come out and discuss how they've witnessed incidences of inequality. Just like you don't have to be homosexual to come out in support of gay rights, and it was heartening to see Jaby so sensitive about the pain the LGBT communities go through in his trailer reaction to Aligarh, you can be a man and have some sensitivity (in the form of outrage, anger, resentment anything!) towards the gender issue.

Advait Kamat Continuing the spirit of healthy conversation here - 'Most' is necessary here. Please understand the context. I'm NOT saying that in a conversation about equality of both genders, women's say is 'most' important. I'm saying in a conversation about inequality towards women specifically (like this video itself) the women's perspective and experience is most important. Because a woman will always be better placed to talk about the inequality women face, vis-a-vis a man. In an overall conversation about gender equality, all voices are 'equally' important, male, female and everything in between 🙂

So that Pakistani dude had already reacted to this so I was like... Did I miss Jaby reacting to it? So I watched it and I couldn't understand Coz it doesn't have subtitles, he speaks in hindi and reacts in hindi and I just couldn't. Jaby has no idea about certain ways he works through the country's audience. For a tamil who doesn't know hindi, or any other Indian language Jaby sesly helps so much and Introduces and lets me know things I wouldn't know otherwise, like bollywood in general example,(Jaby knows more about bollywood than I do tbh or we know just the same amount coz I can uderstand certain culture references and stuff but I don't know much, only a little more than Jaby coz I live in the same country but he still knows certain bollywood stuff better than me) and it's like getting to know and watching it together and.., idk what I'd do without Jaby at this point he's literally a part of my life.
