@@HumourusLAV naw she was on board only for like 2 or 3 years.She had to leave cus of me cus I was just REALLY small. At around the same time she did cast a few of the cast for other shows under the same production house like Aahat , Chidiya Ghar and others, but that was it. This was in 2004 ig. Now she’s not doing anything professionally. But she does some really good volunteering for an NGO and mental health campaigns. She’s also into narration and other social work and I go along with her too sometimes. 👍

Cid is our childhood (yeah we say that about almost every other movie or show 🙄) but it really is.. The show ran for almost two decades.. So we have grown up seeing this and gave seen the actors and characters grow up (literally🙈) And about itv yes moms and aunties do take it seriously.. The crazy stuff that becomes a meme is not the whole story after all.. The tracks are stupid but they all revolve around female lead facing every damn problem possible in life and tackling it plus a major portion of young generation also watch it, mainly for the chemistry of leads

They are invested in all that drama. They actually watched and followed those soap operas religiously. Such tv shows were a big hit on Indian tv.
