i wouldnt call it complicated. its pretty straight forward and thats how it should be. if you thought 3 idiots was complicated then the message is lost. 3 idiots tries to make things simpler by giving us the basic truth that its ok to not be a genius, its ok to not be an engineer/doctor, its ok to not get fussed about corporate race that we have in modern life, its ok to enjoy life for what it is. movie is meant to be simple. death note would be complicated for instance(with so many rules to be remembered) or dunkirk would be complicated(since they mess up the chronological events) or prestige would be complicated(since there is a huge disparity in fandom about the ending).

This is actually one of the best Indian movies ever made. Indian movies have an array of emotions and so you find the movie confusing. Amir Khan is the actor :) This movie is basically about Indian students and the pressure on them to do well in academics. India follows a rigid system of education and Amir Khan basically challenges it... Do see it.. It's soo funny and meaningful.

Well this movie is actually adopted from Novel. Very interesting story of three friends who are in Engineering college.
