Excellent !

This performance is sheer enjoyment when I see so much passion put into it. I sense how you play with your total being. You feel the music and apply your emotional intelligence to make this more than just sound but a total environment that gives expression to the genius of Bach. Thank you kindly for your gift that you shared with us after much hard and smart practice to get to this level of perfection.

Inelegantly fast: the exquisite counterpoint speeds past like a blur, and one has no time to savour it. Yet again, because one can play at sewing-machine speed, does not mean that one should. Meanwhile, note-perfect and clearly he's enjoying himself. But.....a tad too self-indulgent.
@propatria19424 ай бұрын
If it was played any slower, it would be too ponderous. This work must explode with unbridled energy, like all seminal music. For that, speed is required.
