It is kinda weird to me that they would make a new Batman who is almost down to the T an exact copy of Dick Grayson's Batman from Post Crisis. @@IceCreamCake96 I'm not upset about it I just found it weird. I actually like the direction they are taking Nightwing right now. I just think that the writers of the Future State story wanted to tell 3 different Batman stories. 1. How would Bruce operate in a overwhelming situation without his gear and money. 2. Dick Grayson having to handle batman's legacy and becoming the new leader of the Batfamily. And 3. A new person not really connected to the Batfamily stepping up and filling the role of Batman similar to Myles Morales taking over as Spiderman. All three are really interesting concepts for stories so they decided to utilize all three at once Grayson becoming the new leader of the Batfamily but remaining Nightwing, faking Bruce's death so that he is isolated and is operating with no Money or resources, then allowing Jace to become a new Batman inspired by the original but not truly connected

Especially if you go the route that the Titans become the replacement for the Justice League and they move their base of operations in Bludhaven then Grayson can be Batman AND Bludhavens protector
