The thing about this movie/book, is people think every story ends happy with everything the way it should be. When I first read this book, and when (SPOILER ALERT) August dies, I was convinced that he was going to raise from the dead or something, but he didn't. I cannot tell you how much I cried reading this, and sorry to break it to you folks, but life doesn't always have happy endings, and it sucks.
