What I got out of this: I am 100% responsible for everything in my life. I can do this. I am the chief architect of my life. I am the only one who can decide how I feel so decide to feel great! The way I look, the way I live, how much money I make, how happy I am, are all results of MY doing and not doing. Stop complaining Joy is your best feedback system!
