I watched Maclaren take pole. I like Lando Norris. Both their drivers are quick. I'm glad Mac Brown has turned things around. We are finally getting some good battles going again in F1. The Alpine cars have fallen away the last couple of years. They were doing well in other series for a while. Cheers

Finally, Red Bull's supremacy is ending, and the races are more competitive. Even though I wouldn't say I like modern F1, which I consider boring and full of useless rules, it's undoubtedly more interesting to follow now 👍 Cheers 😉🖐

I don't get it. Why are the TV broadcasts of formula 1 so terrible now? This is far better to watch. It gives you a better sense of speed and makes you feel like you're actually there. Also you don't have to listen to the annoying screaming announcers.

For years they've zoomed in and followed the cars so that sponsors get the best coverage. The old wide shots and still angles don't pay the bills so we're stuck with bad looking coverage.

Thanks for this comment. Of course, live F1 is much faster than it appears on TV. The speed in the corners and the braking are crazy. As for F1 on TV, when I can, I select the commentary option and leave only the engine audio, even if it's low. When you have the video, the audio, and the real-time time laps, you have everything; there's no need for commentary 😉

I believe that F1 has always been forced to take the footage it does for its sponsors. They are the ones who pay for the game, and it cannot be done otherwise. The positioning of the advertising on the track is always carefully checked so that the cameras always have it in full view when filming the cars in the race.
