● So as you probably noticed I'm a huge Sleeping At Last fan... I keep discovering new songs and this guy just keeps writing new ones every month.. It's impossible to catch up. Anyway I've had this video idea in my head now for months now but I couldn't find the right song until now. The video is focused on Elizabeth's feelings for Jack, starting off as fascination then curiosity and finally admiration. She'd literally sail to the ends of the earth and beyond for him. How poeticis that. A lot of you have been requesting a new Sparrabeth video for some time and I still get lovely comments on my 'Curiositiy' video (another Sleeping At Last song in there). I'm rediscovering the POTC movies as the new movie premiere awaits and I can't help but feel cheated. Why have Elizabeth being fascinated with Jack, kissing him, flirting, looking at him that special way, sailing to the end of the world to get him back... why all of this if they never had a chance? From the very beginning of the movie we see her as sassy and bossy and a girl who feels awful in corsets and pretty dresses. She's born for pirate life! In the end, even with Will becoming a true pirate and then replacing Davy Jones, I can;t help but think she should have ended up with Jack. They were perfectly balanced.

Omg Cat. I never really considered the Jack/Elizabeth ship before, but after this video, you've seriously sold me on it. I've seriously watched this like 10 times already haha. I don't know if this was intentional or not, but the sound of the waves in the background at 0:49-0:55 really tied the whole romance/pirate/adventure theme together with the quote you chose to use at that moment in the song. This video was so beautifully made, and you've totally made me a Sleeping at Last fan!

OMG WOW, this is absolutely AMAZING (btw I agree re: Sleeping at Last, HOW ARE YOU MEANT TO KEEP UP but also I'm so happy we have so much!) This is such a great study of Elizabeth's changing thoughts and feelings for Jack and I loved how you had that section where she's the only one who asks about Jack and worries about him! This is just amazing and I'm going to be watching this again and again x
