Are you kidding me? I rewatched all the POTC movies just a day or two ago, including the 2017 movie that I haven't seen before and Jack's "Does Mommy ever ask about me?" is !!! Here, tumblr has a great gifset about it: vole-mon-amour.tumblr.com/post/181411277596/slytherinnpride-does-mommy-ever-ask-about-me He really had/has feeling for her. And he replied to her "It would never have worked between us" with "You keep telling yourself that", that's the best moment ever. Because they noth know that it COULD have. Especially in the second/third movie, when she's a real pirate herself. She's unique, smart, dangerous woman. He loves her (and, tbh, lusts for her). Yeah, he loves the sea and his Pearl more, but it's Jack, it's the way he is. And I just... it wasn't exactly a popular ship when it's all started. People shipped Elizabeth and Will and I get them. But I shipped Elizabeth and Jack, and now I rewatched it and I ship it harder than before. And it's nice to know that people STILL love them. Thank youuu. P.S.: A threesome between Jack, Elizabeth and Will is even nicer, you don't have to choose and Jack (my headcanon) is canonically bisexual, so.

This video is so very good and I love it to pieces. The text is gorgeous and the scene choices/voiceovers are so well put together.
