Oh my heart ... my Spiritual teacher is Ajahn Sumedho and hearing this from Jack who is also a guide, what a blessing. He said Ajahn Sumedho was in his 70's at time of this recording - Ajahn Sumedho is 88 years old now and still giving Dhamma talks and his mind and heart are as clear and beautiful as ever despite going deaf and blind. Thank you for this 🙏🙏🙏

I see now why JK's meditation retreats were always booked solid before I could get there. So I'm truly blessed to have stumbled upon this inspiring talk.

Well, to be honest, there's really no reason to believe that human consciousness isn't a product of the brain and central nervous system. So in that sense, since the activity of consciousness is our sense of self, we are the body. The fact that we only exist with the arising of the body doesn't mean "we're in trouble" however. No one in their right mind would want to exist forever.

This one came with an advertisement for a Fox news charlatan. Sad!

I saw no ad. It must depend on where you are. I don't think the channel uploader controls ads. I've had ads for meat come up on vegan channels
