Hi katie and family! Check you out kai on that obstacle course! You done really well! Lovely to see ellie and kai holding hands and enjoying the woodland. Lily looked like she was having fun watching them thinking next year i will be running with them lol. Glad jack had a lovely time at his festival and well done no accidents! thanks for your vlogs :) a great insight!! i will definitely be doing many tests and getting my health up before i have any children...a low carb diet and zero medication/vaccines should ensure a good outcome for my family and society. i feel so sad sometimes when people dont take this into account and selfishly do as they please.
