I keep upgrading my Captain Jack cosplay each year. It started out as a very simple costume from a costume store in 2010, then I dressed up as CJS when I went to Disney World in Orlando, Flordia for Halloween in 2015, and I used a Disney branded Jack costume. Then I upgraded it a bit more in 2016, 2018, and 2019. Then back in October of 2021, I finished my authentic cosplay costume and walked around during trick-or-treat dressed up as Captain Jack Sparrow. I still might add or touch up some things on his costume. I want to get a chicken foot, I have buttons I want to sew onto the vest, and I might look on eBay or somewhere for actual boots because I do World War 2 reacting at a local air museum that holds an event every year and I dress up as a fighter pilot and I've been using my pilot boots with boot covers over them for my Jack costume.
