This is hands down my favorite ERB they've ever done. Granted, I'm biased towards Halloween stuff, but the beat, the tone, and the jobs that both EpicLLOYD and Dan Bull did were fantastic.

His Skyrim rap is out of this world and where I heard him first. Seeing him in ERB was so great!! Zach Sherwin is another great lyricist who plays a lot of characters on ERB. I recommend searching for "The letter C" with Zach, it's a lyrical miracle spiritual ritual.

So a comment on the horrorcore line. It’s a sub genre of rap that talks about very violent/aggressive themes. It’s kinda the death metal of rap. Love your work! Going through a hard time right now and every time you do an erbh it makes my day a bit better, so Thankyou!

I'm so glad you found your way to ERBs. Big fan of your channel, I had suggested Yoda by Weird Al, the moment I saw you do Lola by the Kinks...anyways. I'm glad you dig them so much as well. I could never understand a negative reception to reacting to this type of music. Its lyrically brilliant and hilarious. Pretty much i agree with your summary, Jack the rippers flow the whole time was spot on for the track, but yes hannabil just picked him apart bit by bit and his second part was where his flow came into it (I notice you really liked the same part i did, when he was building up to "Who dines in high society, to the sounds of violins" was where he picked it up and ran with it)

Dan Bull, who was Jack the Ripper, also did an awesome job in Theodore Roosevelt vs Winston Churchill though Epic Lloyd as Teddy was incredible too. Definitely need to check that one out! If you want to check out some British Rap, look up Scroobius Pip, who tends to use rock / blast beats and does a lot of work with B Dolan and Sage Francis, two other rappers that are criminally underrated. I would suggest "Soldier Boy (Kill 'em)" "Introdiction" "and "Let Em Come" the Live Version from Kendal Calling. From Sage Francis (a rapper from RI who won Scribble Jam in 2000), I would definitely recommend "Best of Times" "Makeshift Patriot" "Escape Artist" and "Got Up This Morning" as an intro.

I seem to be one of the few that thinks Jack won - easily. Most of Hannibal’s lines were from OTHER characters in the movie and he is a fictional character and got caught! He doesn’t have to mention Hannibal in the first verse - because he isn’t real! Also, Hannibal didn’t come up with his nickname either

Is he, though? The man behind the nickname is, but we know absolutely nothing about him. All we know about is the fictional character based on the real killer. A character created by the newspapers, shifted away from the actual murderer by becoming a legend, filled with half-truths, speculations, things the reporters simply made up to sell more papers, etc. Jack the Ripper is as much a fictional character as Bufallo Bill from Silence of the Lambs is. We just don't know the Ed Gein equivalent for Jack, which is why we consider him the real person.

Hey! Guess what man? JUDAS PREIST has a early song off the Hell Bent for Leather album called The Ripper! Hell Bent for Leather was a standard record of their’s back in the day. It got played on the radio all the time! Nobody now seems to even know about this record. It’s one of the ones that made them famous. It’s a classic and is pure JUDAS PREIST. The whole album is good and very different from what most reactors would expect I believe. It’s strong Hard Rock, so don’t worry about that part of it. It’s one of their very best albums.

Jack had the benefit of starting, and could have come in swinging and made that impression on the audience, but he was basically just bloviating and didn't keep his arms up; and Lecter punished him for it. Plus, Lecter got the final word in. Definitely goes to Hannibal.

Jack’s flow was incredible, but he lost points for not dissing Hannibal once in his first verse. Hannibal pulled a reversal on him and his punches hit harder throughout (though Jack hit hard with the “I’m *real”* line in the second verse 😬), and the title drop wordplay at the end is what sealed Hannibal’s victory for me.
