This song transcends several formulas to making a perfect rock song. It’s never static...that is truly the artwork of a master...Jack White is in that realm. The best artist continues to evolve. He has done it, and quite well.

***LYRICS*** Nobody can tell me What I need to do Ain’t got room for no distractions Only time for you I wanna just find a little more time for me and you Yeah, yeah Don’t have time for martyrs Don’t have time for ghosts No time for manipulations What I want the most Is more time for me and time for you Is there anyway I can sway you to stay for a minute or two? Yeah Well, that’s what I want to do Morning, noon, and night Morning, noon, and night Morning, noon, and night Alright Alright They used to tell me stories They used to tell me rhymes I’m too old for fairy tales Now what I need is time A little more time to do what I need to do All the time I can find, it’s a crime stealing time with you I might lie and tell you We should take our time But you have to understand That it’s in short supply It’s a crime but what can you do? It’s a crime in my mind stealing time just for me and you Yeah but that’s what I’m going to do Morning, noon, and night Morning, noon, and night Morning, noon, and night Alright Alright When I was a child I could take my time I thought I would live forever Rolling down the line And that was fine for me but not for you Any way I could sway you to stay for a minute or two? Whoa yeah Well that’s what I’m going to do Morning, noon and night Morning, noon and night Morning, noon and night Alright Alright Morning, noon and night Morning, noon and night Morning, noon and night, yeah Morning, noon and night Morning, noon and night Morning, noon and night, yeah Morning, noon and night Morning, noon and night Yeah, morning, noon and night, yeah Morning, noon and night Morning, noon and night Morning, noon and night

Awesome song! But I so hope Jack White! That he plays a lot of the White Stripes songs also. They were perfect together! What awesome to set band together & couple they were. And the music they put out together! Can't take away their first love of music & Marriage they had. Miss you Meg White! Love you, Jack White! Keep on putting out the great music That you do. You are a genius. Keep on rocking brother... BLESSED BE.
@jasonthefates73112 жыл бұрын
Yeah. Dead Weather was Awesome! Miss you also Meg, but I'm certain she/you've (just in case) forged ahead also. It's always best if the institution of marriage isn't working then their is no sense in destroying one another's happiness. But yeah I do as well miss those daze of brother and sister rockers who we latered learned was husband and wife and then that Jack is actually Anthony Kiedus. LoL JK
@tylerbuegler58472 жыл бұрын
Jack white is the greatest but he doesnt need meg to be great meg needs him XD all she did was a tiny bit of singing and drums easily replaceable and clearly there relationship didnt work they were married years ago i would like to see some in memory shows but the white stripes need to stay dead cause jack white is all we need to feel better about life but of course it doesnt matter what your or i want jack you do you

Geeez. I dated an Indian & also a middle-eastern women in my twenties. Their consideration for interpersonal time management from a pagan perspective was more appropriate for me. Older traditional climes w modern was more sensible & practical. In my thirties I was able to see for the 1st time how other people manage structurally given such traditional climes. My current love interest seems to fall into this perceived structuralism. Its been difficult to aspire patent pageantry w her in mind. That is because now that I approach fifty I'm largely more post-structural & in keeping of metaphysical procyclicality. For a younger woman that might seem traditional, too abstract, or weird somehow. Your song reminds me of the folly & whimsy of this perception. It seems like a Sufism dilemma rather than a heartache & I really appreciate that. Much love.

"When they start preaching love for 'all', bar your door and buy a gun." - Alan Watts. I did exactly that. Yes, and yes. Mutual spontaneous arising works that way. We just appear. I will stay...just know the Universe is selfish. So you better show up soon. My angels and the innocents and martyrs are all free to be reborn at a later date - I bought all their souls from the Devil and freed them all. But I am not here for "all" and "everyone". Do nothing for me and I do less than nothing for you. I owe the rest nothing, as they have done less than nothing for me - bind them in the dark. I leveled the playing field for the rest (Russians and the Arabs). Sorry to disappoint. I AM as I AM. I will have what want - or I walk out the door and disappear. No one can steal what was never theirs to begin with.
