I mean, you could endlessly quote his lyrics. One of my favorite songs Dead leaves and the dirty ground is fantastic throughout the song. "Soft hair and a velvet tongue I want to give you what you give to me And every breath that is in your lungs Is a tiny little gift to me"

this jack white performance from air date 1/5/13 on ACL is expiring tomorrow 10/26/13 on PBS site. it has been available most of the month after you encored it on ACL. PLEASE POST ALSO to KZbin on your channel ++ 'Love Interruption/Hypocritcal Kiss' from the gals and ++first 9.5 minutes of guys++ OR please offer this show in CD and DVD. God bless America! Jack you were the best ACL performance ever. I hope it can live and be readily seen forever it was pure magic. will these bands record again

whats backwards to you could be normal for anyone else...doyle bramhall jr. plays a right handed guitar upside down as left handed but doenst restring it like hendrix did, he has the low e string on bottom and high e on top, so every chord he plays is upside down, how crazy is that?

Isn't that what causes people to be drawn to one artist over another--following and enjoying all they produce during their careers? My word for that would be their "style". There are countless artists and bands where everything in their repertoires sound the same. Perhaps remaining faithful to their fans by adhering to a formula may appear to you to be "phoning it in" but in accusing Jack of that is erroneous. Nothing throughout his career history inclusive of his other 2 bands, is redundant.

Too many of his songs have the same feeling/ tone/ delivery, not a classic artist IMO.
