Never ever giving up my phone for a concert. If Jack asks the crowd before each show to not use their phones nearly everyone will obey. Jeff Mangum stressed this at his shows and no one filmed. Sorry but I can not give up my phone for safety in this crazy ass world we live in now.

​@@Elduderino9097 you don't "give up" your phone. it goes in a little sleeve and you keep it on your person. if there's an emergency, you go to the designated area and get the pouch unlocked. it's really not a big deal. The whole experience is so much better without people's phones in the air

Just saw Jack this week in Charlotte. Freaking incredible. Yes, no phones in the air was nice. I'm 59, been going to shows since I was 14, and remember a time when there was no such as being 'in the moment', because we alway were. Shows are SO much better that way.

Jack i might be few years late and u prob wont see this but i wanted to tell u i preciate u singing those old Gospel songs...ive been listening to em all and it reminds me of my mamaw and family singing them at church long time ago...im just an ole country boy from East Tennessee and still attend that small country church I got saved at and those songs mean the world to me and yes like i mentioned i climbed that mountain and got a drink from that living water (salvation) as a 9 year old boy and will never thirst again...ill be with God in Heaven when this life is over...thanks again bud n plz keep em comin Edit: Also if any reading this isn't saved plz seek God n pray for Him to give u another chance to get saved and when u feel that knock on your heart obey Him and pray begging God to save u for the end must be at the door...this life is temporary, next one is eternal Heaven or hell and God is still extending mercy so dont take the next second for granted.
