One of the coolest experiences of a Jack White concert is to know that the people in the crowd with you are the type of people that want an experience, and then to have an experience with those people (possibly once in a lifetime) is nothing short of the holy spirit.

This is the statement I’ve been trying to articulate. The theater of people after the JW experience are at least 40% of the experience.

The spirituality of music. Jack is the ultimate vessel, the transistor of the feeling, and bless him for it. I've been a fan for 19 years, and have long tried to figure out what sets him apart by such a wide margin. What it always comes back to for me is his energy, his spirit; A 3 note riff, song "too simple?" To hell with that. Hit a wrong note, miss a chord, so what? People won't remember that, but they damn sure will remember how you made them feel. And goddamn if he don't make people FEEL. December 8th in Chicago can't come soon enough

It's amazing how much he has a already accomplished, and always staying True to himself and what he believes as an artist. And I'm amazed by how much he gives to people who loves his music and music in general (new music, everything third man does, the vault, long live sets, great amount of tour dates, many audio or video live recordings, and plenty of other things...). Love him

So happy to have been at the Rough Trade gig and see Jack performing those beautiful new songs in a small setting. Also meeting the man himself at the signing after was a moment I'll never forget!!! But wow those lucky people at the Blue Basement sets, what a privilege!

How cool and fortunate that you had the opportunity to meet the man himself. If I were to ever be so lucky and meet JW, I would express my gratitude for all those times he's left an indelible impression with his music. How did you enjoy the Rough Trade gig?

@@DylTyrril It was wonderful, I was 3 or 4 rows back from the front so got a great view of him and the band. To see his guitars close up was amazing in itself! But no I never in my wildest dreams thought I'd actually meet him! What a day!!
