I am in Awe. I just love this country. I try to make a trip out somewhere each year. I was lucky enough to be part of the back up crew for a large coach tour from furthest East (Byron Bay) to furthest West (Steep Point). So we went through the Gunbarrel Highway then through Carnegie then Wiluna etc.I have been trying to get out there each year since 1969. Wildlife is my main interest Birds mainly but the countryside is what makes this such a special place to be. Thank you so much for making the effort to post these videos.

Great episode Jack. It is unbelievebale the hardships that the early pioneers suffered. If you have any more history on Prenti please share it.

Thank you Jack, excellent video.. George is a champion.. The old postie bike really isn't designed for those conditions. Maybe you should look at keeping the CT90/CT110 closer to home and get a cheap chooky more suitable.. and an old chooky with some bush repair could make for good content.. Anyway. Just a thought Thank you for the entertainment guys.. Excellent stuff

The old NBC 110 and CT110s have done well out here. In 2021 we did a postie run out from Prenti with a few mates, and we did 90km overland and a full circuit of over 350km and had no mechanical failures. It was great fun! We use the postie more as a go between around home now.

The old timers had more time to occupy than our complicated time poor, value driven lives. They must have been gambling on the chance of making a better life from nothing. Now we have choice in the life we want to live. Anyways, thats history I guess!
