What's the difference that makes the 7:40 run so good? How many times do you think you've done this, and are you trying to reach 7:39?

@@juansolo1617 the big things in this game are reducing lag while maintaining crisp movement through the stage sections. So shooting and killing enemies at the appropriate moments is integral. The other thing is killing the bosses as quickly as possible. The current record is 7:37 and has really superb movement, lag reduction, and super fast boss kills. Especially the last boss. I only ran this game for a very short period of time 8 years ago. And have just now gotten back to it for a few days. I’ve maybe done about 400 attempts total.
