a little disclaimer that the frixion highlighter doesnt work well in a high temperature, i kinda noticed that its currently summer in US (i guess lol bc i saw a lot of people taking summer classes), soo yeah. ive had my pastel frixion highlighter for over 2 years now and thats what i learn from them😂 they will definitely disappear (the highlight on papers) if the temperature is too hot. It also happen to the frixion pens so they actually put a reminder on their pens to not be used on any important documents😂 well just a little information i want to share🙏🏼🤗

its chostudies the way the pilot frixion collection works is the ‘eraser’ on the end is a rubber ball end that generates friction and creates heat. The ink is sensitive to temperature. So the heat from the friction causes the ink to disappear. If you were to use a hairdryer or put the paper in the microwave you will see it disappear. In the same way, it come back when it cools down. So if you accidentally leave your notebook in the car and all your notes vanish, just put your papers in the freezer for a few hours-overnight and it should all be back. Just gotta be careful with the pens. I wouldn’t use them for any official documents or assignments i plan to turn in just because of the risk. Other than that I absolutely love the pens i love being able to write clean with a pen without all the scratch throughs of mistakes.

But here’s a tip, have two of your best pencils (mechanical or not) and have a lot of wooden pencils for people who ask. They will get annoyed when they see you with a nice pencil and they get a wooden.

It's the same where I live, the only big stationary store is a book store and is really expensive (1 average mechanical pencil is like 2$) and there aren't any big packs of things (u buy almost everything as ones and not in packs)

I just got the Pilot highlighters in the mail a couple of days ago. I love pastel colors too. These highlighters are so pretty! I used them yesterday in my notes. Last Thursday, I bought 4 packs of Bic Xtra life pens, and they are good. I see people spending up to $300 in one school supply haul, when they could use that for their power bill, living like they're rich when they're not rich. I buy eight $1 packs of pens rather than spending $8.00 on a pack of pens.

Ok, i tried the crayola pens... and some worked Perfectly, some were a bit blochy and not smoothe, and some straight up were crappy and dindnt work at all. Also the bleed through the paper a bit... but there not the worst pens. I rate them 3 and a half stars out of 5 stars. 😀😊

Sorry I’m super late, but I just discovered this video and your channel (which are both really helpful by the way). Crayola washable pens and erasable highlighters are really cool! With the highlighters, try not to erase too much because your paper will be wet and cause difficulty re-highlighting that section you erased. Other than that, the highlighters are great. I don’t have an issue with the pens. The colors are awesome because they are visible when writing (taking notes). The colored pens almost remind me of highlighters. I use the pens more than the highlighters actually.
