I'm so far behind in your videos, good to see this review now! I bought this Jackery 1000 v2 around black friday for 344 bucks with the plan it will be for the back of my Tacoma when I get a GFC canopy camper. It's supposed to get here tomorrow so we'll see how it does in my hands!

I don't have this one, but all my other smaller Jackery units are really pretty solid little rigs. I use them to keep my batteries charged on ham radio outings. Good stuff

Love the two Jackery 500's I bought 5 years ago. Great for my cpap and 12V fridge. Love the portability but hate how slow it charges. Jackery makes a great product, but I will never buy and invest in another Jackery product until they get rid of the 8mm charging ports. I would love to other panels that are not proprietary .

No I agree with the charging port, you can get adapters though

Why doesn't it come with a DC charge cord ?

The Jackery is a pretty cool system and I dig the fact the handle is recessed so the top is flat and gives you more space when packing your gear. How’s crashing inside the JK? That camping spot was pretty sweet.

Camping inside the jeep has been a game changer for sure

That Jackery looks real nice! Im definitely thinking about getting one. How would you compare this to the Delta Ecoflow?
@BackCountryWrenching6 ай бұрын
The Jackery is smaller for sure but the Ecoflow is also a few years old so hard to say how the news one would be

I'm honestly thinking about investing in something like this. I recently bought a large handheld power bank to run my oscilloscope without AC power for mobile vehicle diagnosis. It's 99.9Wh capacity and on the display it says it'll last for about 2.1 hours running the oscilloscope. It's so good, that I kinda wonder how long I could power stuff off a Jackery. Seems pretty good to be honest.

Hard to say you’d have to calculate your currency against the aH of the Jackery

I need to power my 12v car fridge. Will this 1000v2 be enough to power it for the weekend?
@BackCountryWrenching5 ай бұрын
Yes if it’s a actually compressor fridge if it’s one of those other things than No

Be cool if it had a jump start but 😂 they probably make one.

I see what you mean, could always carry a small 10amp battery charger if you really needed

@BackCountryWrenching they are probably using a LiFePO4 cells in the thing? I need a little solor setup for my boat to run the sump when I'm gone lol really would like to run the thing on a smaller lithium pack rather then the venting lead acid deep cycle
