Some people believe she's lost something but nothing could be further from the truth. I've heard her sing live numerous times from 2014 through 2020. As she got older her voice matured and she was able to hit the high & low notes much easier than as a child. She even spoke about this at a concert I was at in late 2017. Because less effort is required now makes it seem like she isn't trying as hard. The last Christmas concert I was at in 2019 she closed with a combined medley of O Mio Babbino Caro/Nessun Dorma. As she hit that final "vicero" in Nessun Dorma the crowd was already on their feet roaring with applause. She proceeded to seamlessly slide right into 'O Holy Night' without pausing. Her voice was so majestic it was hard to believe a human voice could produce such a sound.
