I found your channel because I'm doing research on what type of foundation I need to use for my combination skin. I've watched soooooo many tutorials and reviews it ain't it even funny BUT-- with that being said, I've learned a lot. I still don't know if the foundation matters as much as the proper moisturizer and primer, so I'm still trying to figure it out. Anyway, love your channel! I have combo skin and so far the only thing that works for me is the Maybelline fit me in the dewy finish. It’s in the red label. But it does have to be set with translucent powder.

Too Faced stays playing though. They get help from Jackie to include more shades in their Born This Way foundation but then go back to neglecting POC for this Dew You foundation. Makes me really question if they're actually here for shade inclusivity or just pandering to the commonly-excluded POC and cashing in on the inclusion trend. If Too Faced is really here for us, they better keep that same energy when it comes to shade ranges.

Janelle Rae i think they called out to her because BTW foundation has been selling really well the last /two three years...they waited to be sure the foundation had a good reputation. Personally I never found my shade because their shades are too yellow for me, but I don’t care. However I am actually pissed of for all these brands and persons acknowledging POC ONLY when they can benefit from it. Believe it or not, but my white ass face always stood up for POC.
